4. Payments and App Store Transactions

DolceRight may be offered as a one-time paid application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

All payment processing and billing are handled directly by:

  • Apple Inc. (Apple App Store), or

  • Google LLC (Google Play Store)

PrimaNuova Group LLC does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers or billing details.

Because DolceRight does not collect or store personal user data, there is no personal data retained by PrimaNuova Group LLC related to app usage.

DolceRight is intended for adult users interested in international property transactions and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
