These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DolceRight – Find & Secure mobile application (“the App”) operated by PrimaNuova Group LLC (“PrimaNuova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

DolceRight – Find & Secure is an informational resource designed to help users better understand the process of researching and purchasing property in Italy.

The App provides:

  • educational guidance

  • general communication tips

  • explanations of terminology

  • links to third-party property websites

  • references to external resources and professionals

The App is intended to help users navigate information more confidently, but it does not replace professional advice.

2. No Legal, Financial, or Real Estate Advice

DolceRight does not provide legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

All information provided in the App is for educational and informational purposes only.

Users should consult qualified professionals such as:

  • licensed real estate agents

  • attorneys

  • notaries

  • financial advisors

  • tax professionals

before making property purchase decisions.

PrimaNuova Group LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on information contained in the App.

3. External Websites and Third-Party Resources

The App may include links to external websites and services, including property search platforms and professional directories.

These third-party websites are not controlled or operated by PrimaNuova Group LLC.

We do not guarantee:

  • the accuracy of information on third-party websites

  • the reliability of services offered by third parties

  • the outcome of any transaction conducted through external platforms

Users interact with third-party services at their own discretion and risk.

4. No Guarantee of Property Transactions

Purchasing property internationally can involve complex legal, financial, and regulatory processes.

Use of the App does not guarantee:

  • successful property purchases

  • protection from fraud or misrepresentation

  • the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the DolceRight application, including but not limited to:

  • text

  • structure

  • educational materials

  • design

  • graphics

  • branding

  • the DolceRight name and logo

is the intellectual property of PrimaNuova Group LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify the App content without written permission.

6. App Store Distribution

DolceRight may be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Apple and Google are not responsible for:

  • the operation of the App

  • support services

  • content within the App

Any issues related to the App should be directed to PrimaNuova Group LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimaNuova Group LLC shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • financial losses related to property transactions

  • reliance on informational content

  • interactions with third-party services or websites

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications to the App

PrimaNuova Group LLC may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time in order to improve functionality or reflect updated information.

We are not obligated to maintain specific features indefinitely.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

When updates occur, the Effective Date at the top of this document will be revised.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
